Study progress

Your course progress, streaks, and settings are stored on your device with Apple SwiftData and may sync through your personal iCloud account. We do not have access to that CloudKit data.

Anonymous telemetry and notifications

The app may send lightweight, pseudonymous events about study time, completion, and video engagement. Local reminders stay on your device. If you enable course-update alerts, we register an APNs device token that is not linked to your study history.

Optional email

If you enter and verify an email, we store the address, preferences, consent version, and relevant timestamps. Amazon Simple Email Service processes delivery and unsubscribe events for us. Email records are kept separate from study telemetry.

Purchases and AI usage

Apple processes StoreKit payments. We do not receive payment-card information. To verify paid AI access and enforce usage limits, our backend stores pseudonymous transaction or installation identifiers and usage counts. AI questions and current course context are processed through AWS and Amazon Bedrock to create an answer; our application does not save the question or answer in a database.

Your choices

• Change email and notification preferences in the app.
• Reset on-device and CloudKit study progress from Settings.
• Request deletion of server-side records associated with your device or email.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not build cross-app advertising profiles.
• We do not require a username or password.

Children, changes, and contact

TutorialRepo is not directed at children under 13. We will update the date above and provide notice for material changes. Contact saa-support@markgingrass.com with privacy questions or deletion requests.
